Payment can be made by cash, debit/credit card or EFT on the day of your appointment.
Health Fund Rebates: At Bodytech Remedial Massage we have provider numbers for all the major health funds. Funds covered by Bodytech Remedial Massage include Medibank, BUPA, AHM, CBHS, Doctors Fund, HCF, NIB and the Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG), which includes a large number of smaller funds. If you are unsure if your fund covers your treatment you can either contact your health fund or Bodytech Remedial Massage to find out. Health fund rebates are available for remedial treatments only and are dependant upon your level of cover. HICAPS is available onsite for claiming.
Late arrivals: It is essential that you arrive on time to enable you to enjoy the full duration of your session and get the most out of your massage treatment. Unfortunately if you arrive late, your massage will not be extended past your scheduled time due to other bookings.
Cancellations & Late Notice Fee: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. A strict $50 fee applies if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 6 to 24 hours of the appointment. If less than 6 hours notice is given, or in the event of a no-show, the full fee of the service booked is applied.
As much as I dislike having to charge a fee, it is necessary to keep my business open. Thank you for your understanding.
What if I am sick? If you are feeling sick and need to change your appointment within 24 hours, why not consider sending someone else in your place? Genuine cases of illness will not incur a cancellation fee.
